We’re looking for a motivated and results focused Area Sales Manager to join our team covering Liverpool. In this key role, you’ll take responsibility for growing sales, developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships across a broad customer base. You’ll represent one of the most trusted names in construction, helping customers deliver projects that combine quality, innovation and sustainability. With the backing of a global business and a strong local network, you’ll have the tools, support and autonomy to succeed. Who you are You are confident in expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers to deliver sustained sales growth. In this role, you’ll develop and nurture key business relationships across your territory, ensuring alignment with Holcim’s commercial strategy and growth objectives. You’ll represent the Holcim brand with pride, raising its visibility and reputation while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll focus on generating high value sales and driving long-term partnerships that support our ambition to lead the transition to sustainable building. Using your commercial insight, you’ll prepare and present reports to assess performance, guide strategic decisions, and maximise market potential. You’ll also monitor and manage market share within your region, analysing both won and lost opportunities to shape future sales strategies. With a strong results mindset, you’ll confidently agree and achieve margin and volume targets that contribute to Holcim’s continued success.
