We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow our presence in the UK construction market by strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – South, you will be:
- Promoting the Rockfon brand to target groups
- Developing the Rockfon business within the designated geographical area
- Developing tactics and account plans to capitalise on market opportunities
- Working closely with the Specification team to realise the potential of ongoing and future projects
- Utilising Rockfon sales tools to log all activities (RockSell)
- Working closely with the Technical Services Team to ensure efficient and timely follow up of calculation requests
- Carrying out market research while maintaining competitor awareness
- Promoting and selling the technical details of the Rockfon product range while understanding legislation and its impact

What You Bring
- Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable)
- Familiarity with distribution sales channels
- Strong CRM skills
- Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset
- IT proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM)
- Experience with technical/solution selling advantageous
