sibilities Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and a cquisition.Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.Strategise and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with S MART goals.Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve p

amp; Requirements
Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales tea ms to drive success.Strong consultative sales skills and a track record o f achieving results.A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensi vely (within the UK)Excellent communication and or ganisational skills.A passion for delivering exception al customer service.
