Area Sales Manager, Retail, 100% New Business
Location: Field-based (Greater London Territory)
Salary: £60,000 basic + Uncapped Quarterly Bonus + Company Car or Allowance £800 pcm

We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business. This is a field-based role covering Greater London, focused on opening new retail accounts and growing your territory.
If you're motivated by prospecting, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Develop and grow your Greater London territory.
- Identify and win new independent retail customers.
- Generate your own appointments through prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits.
- Negotiate and close new business.
- Manage your pipeline and CRM to achieve sales targets.

About You
You'll have:
- Proven field sales experience.
- A strong track record in new business development.
- Experience selling into retail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
Experience selling FMCG, consumer goods, DIY, homewares, office products, building products or similar into retail is desirable but not essential.
