Territory - South of England, c.30-40 established retail accounts

Reporting To - UK Sales Manager

Package - c£35,000 - £40,000, plus car allowance / bonus

Key Experience

A genuine, hands-on passion for skiing and snow sports is essential for this role. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate real, first-hand credibility on the mountain, alongside a track record in field or territory sales into independent, specialist retailers ideally within outdoor, ski or technical apparel, though other relevant product areas could be considered.

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a globally recognised, premium ski and outerwear brand to recruit an Area Sales Manager to manage an established territory across the South of England.

Our client has spent well over a century perfecting technical protection for sailors, skiers and outdoor professionals, and today its products are trusted by ski professionals right around the world. The brand holds a leading position in ski apparel and continues to build a fast-growing reputation across outerwear and outdoor lifestyle more broadly. This is an opportunity to represent one of the most trusted and recognised names in ski and outerwear, and to build lasting relationships with specialist retailers who share that same passion for the mountains. The client's identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
