Role - Area Sales Manager (South of UK)

Area - Lifestyle & Fashion

Salary - c,£38,000 + Commission + Bonus + Benefits

Are you passionate about premium brands, building exceptional customer relationships, and driving commercial growth?

We are partnering with a globally recognised lifestyle and fashion brand to recruit an Area Sales Manager for the South of the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an outstanding reputation, a loyal customer base, and a product portfolio that is synonymous with quality, innovation and performance.

The business has enjoyed significant success across both specialist and mainstream retail channels and is continuing to invest heavily in growth. As a result, they are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of a key territory and help accelerate their presence across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of retail partners, while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring customers have a deep understanding of the product range, seasonal collections and brand vision.

Working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, operations and product, you will play a key role in shaping regional growth plans, influencing commercial strategy and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also provide valuable market insight, helping the business stay ahead of emerging trends and customer needs.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships. You will be highly organised, commercially astute and comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

  • Proven experience in a field sales, account management or territory management role
  • Experience working with retail customers within fashion, lifestyle, sports, outdoor or premium consumer goods sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
  • A genuine passion for premium brands and consumer products
