🌊 Area Sales Manager (swimming pool plant sales)
Field-Based | North UK (Manchester / Leeds / York preferred, flexible for the right person)
Reporting to: Lyn Phillips

This is not your standard sales role.
You'll be at the forefront of helping customers solve real, tangible challenges — from ageing and inefficient pool systems to driving sustainability and decarbonisation across public and private swimming facilities.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing
As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your region — driving growth, strengthening key accounts, and uncovering new opportunities.
- Grow and manage a strong pipeline of new business across your territory
- Develop and nurture key customer relationships, driving repeat and increased revenue
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings across the UK
- Design and cost tailored pool plant solutions (full training provided)
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs aligned to company growth strategy
- Use CRM (GV8) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer data
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across all product groups
- Support tenders, bids, and PQQ processes alongside internal teams
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Contribute to wider sales strategy and support team development

🤝 What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from commercially driven individuals who bring:
- Proven experience in field sales / account management in a similar industry
- Confidence building relationships and winning new business
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory independently
- A consultative, solution-focused approach
- Experience within Pool Plant, FM, construction, engineering, or technical sales (advantageous)
- Comfort with travel and being out on-site regularly
Experience with pool plant is not essential but would be preferred — training will be provided.
