About Us

We're not your typical 30-year-old company. Yes, we've been around for three decades, but we still operate with the energy, pace, and ambition of a start-up. We're in an exciting phase of growth, evolving rapidly, and continuously looking for smarter ways to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

We deliver bespoke contract furniture solutions for clients across the UK. We partner closely with interior design teams and work in harmony with visions and objectives to seamlessly integrate our furniture into design concepts.

Our culture is fast-moving, collaborative and entrepreneurial. We work hard, support each other, celebrate success, and give talented people the opportunity to make a real impact.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dynamic Customer Project Delivery Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a major role in shaping the next chapter of our business.

The Role

This is a key role within the sales team responsible for developing new business opportunities across the Midlands and Wales while nurturing relationships within the A&D community and key corporate clients. You'll own the sales journey from identifying opportunities through specification and quotation to securing profitable contracts, playing a key role in Protocol's continued growth.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Midlands and Wales region and to corporate accounts.

  • Maintain updated CRM records and ensure pipeline visibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
