We currently seek an experienced, commercially-minded, target-driven Area Sales Representative who is as passionate about our customers as they are about the service we deliver. This role demands a consummate business development plan, negotiating skill—and natural drive for success—to help grow our £5 billion business even further.
What Will You Be Doing?
As the Area Sales Representative, you’ll be instrumental in developing profitable sales from both new and existing customers within your assigned region. This requires self-driven initiative to maximise sales targets, while effectively liaising with key stakeholders to achieve performance goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving growth through targeted customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders.
- Developing a pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to support National Account branches in the South West region.
This opportunity provides a chance for high-level autonomous work, ensuring you can deliver results while being supported at all levels.
Experience & Requirements
We’re looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, resilient, and resourceful, with:
- A keen eye for identifying new sales opportunities.
- A passion for excellence in customer relations.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous planning abilities.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience working in a territory/field-based sales role.
- A track record of building strong commercial relationships with both multiple customers and internal stakeholders.
- A proven ability to identify new sales opportunities and create tailored solutions, driving long-term profitable growth for both the company and customers.
