We're partnering with a globally recognised premium outdoor brand to recruit an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of an established territory across the West Midlands and South of England. This is an opportunity to represent products trusted by outdoor enthusiasts, skiers and adventurers worldwide while building long-term relationships with specialist outdoor retailers. If you're passionate about premium brands, enjoy being out on the road and love developing commercial partnerships, this could be the perfect next step.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll inherit an established territory of around 30-40 retail partners while identifying opportunities to grow your region through new business and deeper customer relationships. You'll spend the majority of your time visiting independent outdoor retailers, showcasing premium product collections, supporting seasonal launches and helping customers maximise sales. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll manage your own diary, plan your own customer visits and become a trusted partner to retailers across your territory. Whether you're discussing the latest winter collection, supporting a new product launch or identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, you'll play a key role in driving the continued success of one of the industry's most respected brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
