The Area Visual Merchandiser Mission
To support our store teams in each region to create the A&M customer experience. Guiding and supporting teams to implement inspiring windows and in store displays that are commercially led. As guardians of the brand they share knowledge and information and inspire on each visit.
How You'll Drive Success
- Carry out regular visits to UK stores and support our International stores virtually, to assess visual effectiveness and deliver hands-on VM support and training
- Working closely with the VM, Retail and Store Design Teams, ensuring that every space reflects our brand identity, maximises commercial performance, and provides a standout customer experience
- Build strong partnerships with store teams, developing their understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Work closely with Area Management and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all stores
- Work closely with Store Managers and partner teams to ensure VM changes are executed correctly and on time
- Train, mentor, and inspire our in-store teams to deliver exceptional execution and uphold A&M’s creative standards
- Use your eye for trends and styling to create stunning displays, window concepts, and product storytelling moments
- Manage installation of new windows, campaigns, and visual updates, collaborating with store and operations teams
- Stay commercially focused, researching competitors and analysing visual impact to drive sales and engagement
- Create and communicate VM guidelines and training materials to support best practice across all stores

What You'll Need To Thrive
- 2+ years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally within a field-based or multi-site role
- Proven visual display and styling skills with a strong eye for detail
- Experience training, mentoring, and inspiring teams in visual merchandising
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (UK & International)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is highly desirable

The Interview Process And Candidate Experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
