Area Visual Manager – Urban Revivo

About Urban Revivo

Urban Revivo (UR) is an international fashion brand known for delivering contemporary, trend-driven collections at accessible prices. As the brand continues to expand its global retail presence, we are looking for an experienced Area Visual Manager to lead visual excellence across our growing network.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of an international fashion brand, collaborating closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Retail teams to deliver inspiring customer experiences and drive commercial success.


The Role

The Area Visual Manager is responsible for driving visual excellence, product presentation, and brand consistency across an international store portfolio. This role ensures that seasonal product strategies are translated into engaging customer experiences that enhance sales and brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies aligned with product priorities, customer trends, and commercial objectives.
  • Translate seasonal collections into compelling product stories and customer journeys.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, including:
    • Window displays
    • Mannequin styling
    • In-store product presentation
    • Signage and overall store aesthetics
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, operational execution, and store aesthetics across all locations.

Product & Commercial Partnership

  • Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to align visual merchandising with seasonal priorities.
  • Support product mapping and assortment planning to optimise product placement.
  • Provide insights on product performance, customer trends, and commercial opportunities.
  • Use visual merchandising techniques to maximise sales, product productivity, and full-price sell-through.

Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers across the network.
  • Lead visual merchandising training and coaching for all store teams.
  • Build capability within stores to sustain exceptional daily standards.
  • Support succession planning and cultivate future visual merchandising talent.

International Visual Operations

  • Oversee visual standards across the global store portfolio via regular site visits and virtual reviews.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visual presentation across all locations.
  • Assist with new store openings, relocations, and key business projects.
  • Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the retail network.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven visual merchandising experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, preferably in multi-store or international settings.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link visual execution to business performance.
  • Experience partnering with Buying, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for fashion, product presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
