What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll create and lead a high-performing team whilst acting as a role model to inspire, motivate, and empower everyone around you, prioritising the customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Full accountability for driving store performance, setting strategic plans, and implementing actions
  • Celebrating successes and ensuring your teams are trained and developed to maximise their potential
  • Maintaining a strong focus on business results while upholding exceptional standards of customer service
