What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll create and lead a high-performing team while acting as a true role model, always applying the customer’s point of view. Your approach will inspire, motivate, and empower your team, ensuring everyone excels.
Your focus will also lie deeply in business leadership:
- Full accountability for store performance, plans, and actions
- Driving performance, celebrating wins, and ensuring your teams are constantly trained and developed
- A fast-moving business in a single location, so strategic planning and resource management will be key
