What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll create and lead a high-performing team while acting as a true role model, always applying the customer’s point of view. Your approach will inspire, motivate, and empower your team, ensuring everyone excels.
Your focus will also lie deeply in business leadership:
- Full accountability for store performance, plans, and actions
- Driving performance, celebrating wins, and ensuring your teams are constantly trained and developed
- A fast-moving business in a single location, so strategic planning and resource management will be key

To excel in this role, you will:
- Have demonstrated a relentless pursuit of better customer experiences—share an example of changes made in a past role for a positive outcome
- Managed a fast-paced operation, ensuring results in service, sales, customer outcomes, and team performance
- Used insight-driven decision-making to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Confidently navigate employee relations and HR policy, applying consistency and care in daily leadership
- Develop and support team capability, pushing others to reach their potential
- Lead through change, keeping teams motivated and aligned with business goals
- Walk the talk—always prioritising high standards and team values as a visible role model
