THE BUSINESS
Arm sits at the core of modern computing. Its technology powers billions of devices, from smartphones to data centers. Sustainability here is not a side narrative. It is becoming part of how digital infrastructure is measured, governed, and trusted.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is where ESG meets precision.
As Senior Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will help build a finance-grade sustainability reporting system. Not just disclosures, but decision-grade data that shapes how the business operates.
If sustainability reporting is evolving into financial reporting, this role is right on that frontier.
THE ROLE
You will strengthen how Arm measures, governs, and communicates ESG performance across the enterprise.
You Will
- Lead delivery of key sections of the annual sustainability report and external disclosures.
- Improve ESG data quality, governance structures, and reporting processes.
- Partner with Finance and operational teams to ensure audit-ready controls and external assurance.
- Support AI-driven transformation of sustainability reporting systems.
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and translate them into practical business actions.
- Contribute to materiality assessments and future sustainability priorities.
- Collaborate across Sustainability, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Procurement, IT, and HR teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
