We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Agricultural Executive across the UK. As a Technical Agricultural Executive, you will work closely with the Associate Director to strengthen technical capability, develop colleagues and drive high standards across the team. This is a varied leadership role where no two days are the same, requiring the confidence to manage complex claims, provide expert guidance and support colleagues through challenging situations.
Working with geographically dispersed teams, you will use your communication, coaching and mentoring skills to build capability, identify development needs and help colleagues achieve their potential. You will lead by example, remaining calm under pressure and creating an environment where people feel supported, engaged and motivated to succeed.
In addition, you will provide technical expertise across agricultural claims, producing and reviewing building repair scopes, resolving technical referrals and delivering practical, customer-focused solutions. You will balance quality with commercial awareness, controlling costs while maintaining excellent customer outcomes and service standards. Furthermore, you will complete audits, monitor technical quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your ability to make sound decisions, challenge constructively and maintain attention to detail will help ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Full UK Driving Licence: You must be able to travel by car.
- Experience with Agriculture claims over £100,000: Hands-on experience managing significant Agriculture claims.
- Proficiency in digital claims management software: Familiarity with digital tools for claims management.
- Proven continuous improvement activities: Track record of implementing improvements that lead to measurable outcomes.
- Experience in audits, coaching, and feedback: Skilled in evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.
- BDMA qualified, progressing towards CII or CILA qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications are required or should be in progress.
