¿Qué buscamos?
We are looking for a Data Architect & Tech Lead to technically lead the evolution of a modern data platform, defining the architecture, engineering standards, and best practices for development. This person will be the reference for the technical team, driving the quality of solutions, data governance, and platform efficiency.
🚀 Qué harás
- Define and evolve the architecture of data platforms based on Lakehouse.
- Lead the engineering team technically and review design and architecture decisions.
- Establish development standards and create Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
- Define and implement data governance strategies, including catalog, classification, RLS, masking, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote FinOps practices, optimizing cloud consumption and tracking costs.
- Coordinate technical committees and act as a reference in the evolution of the platform.

🎯 Tu perfil
- Experience leading data engineering teams and defining data platform architectures.
- Solid knowledge of Databricks (Lakehouse, Unity Catalog) and MongoDB Atlas.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2).
- Proficiency in Scala and/or Python.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for cloud platforms.
- Experience or interest in cost optimization (FinOps).
⭐ Valorable
- Experience in regulated environments (GDPR, DORA).
- Experience in banking, insurance, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Certifications in Databricks, MongoDB, or Microsoft Azure.
