Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Art Director / Creative Director to define, protect, and elevate Incard’s brand for the next century.
This role owns Incard’s creative vision end-to-end from brand foundations and storytelling to product consistency, marketing campaigns, offline experiences, and flagship events.
You’ll act as the guardian of Incard’s core values and creative standards, ensuring everything we ship product, website, content, campaigns, and events — feels unmistakably Incard.
This role is ideal for a senior creative who has worked on iconic, long-term brands and knows how to balance taste, restraint, and ambition.
What You’ll Do
Own the Incard Creative Vision
- Define and evolve Incard’s long-term creative direction
- Build a brand designed to last decades, not campaigns
- Translate Incard’s values into a clear, consistent creative language
Brand Guardianship & Consistency
- Ensure creative consistency across product, website, marketing, content, and communications
- Set and enforce creative standards for typography, motion, imagery, tone, and layout
- Review and approve key creative outputs to maintain a high bar

Product & Experience Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure brand alignment inside the product
- Influence how Incard feels, not just how it looks
- Ensure product experiences reflect Incard’s positioning: clarity, power, and confidence
Campaigns, Events & Flagship Moments
- Lead creative direction for major campaigns, launches, and brand moments
- Own the creative vision for offline events, founder dinners, yearly awards, and Incard flagship experiences
- Ensure campaigns feel timeless, not trend-driven
Agency & Partner Management
- Select, brief, and manage creative agencies and production partners
- Set clear creative direction while giving agencies room to do their best work
- Maintain consistency across internal and external creative teams
Creative Leadership & Culture
- Act as a creative reference point across the company
- Mentor designers, creatives, and collaborators
- Help build a strong internal culture of taste, craft, and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Brand Leadership
- Proven experience working on iconic, global brands or large-scale creative platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating long-term brand thinking, not just campaigns
- Exceptional taste in typography, layout, motion, and storytelling
- Experience working across product, marketing, and brand ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead agencies and senior creative partners
- Clear communicator who can articulate vision and give precise creative feedback
