About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency.

We believe in disruption, innovation and the application of art and commerce to create compelling creative ideas and high-quality content across all channels. You will have a strong understanding of brand purpose, beauty, makeup, colour, texture and product, with the ability to translate these into visually engaging assets that support 360 campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience creating digital marketing campaigns and delivering creative work across a range of channels.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, 360 Campaigns, whilst working alongside the Creative Director of Image, you will play a key role in developing and delivering visual concepts across campaigns and always-on content. Working under senior creative direction, you will take ownership of executional excellence from concept through to final delivery, ensuring creative work is delivered to a consistently high standard across all channels.

You will act as a key creative contact across production, post-production, casting, video and motion graphics, colour, design and digital design teams throughout the delivery of your projects, helping to ensure creative intent is maintained at every stage of the process.

You will also be responsible for developing visual routes, mood boards, storyboards and creative presentations that help bring concepts to life and communicate creative thinking throughout the development process.

With a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, you will work alongside creatives, marketing, digital, PR and social teams, whilst supporting creative delivery across local markets where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
