Art Director Opportunity at a Fast-Growing Creative Agency

A fast-growing independent creative agency is looking for an Art Director to help support the Creative Director on pitches and live client work, and shape large campaigns as they scale. Known for their work with corporate, public sector and brand-led clients, including strong finance and fintech accounts, this is a compelling opportunity for an Art Director who has worked on agency accounts to craft client work from end-to-end. In this role, you won't wait years for creative responsibility, you'll have it immediately. This is a growth hire, and will bring ambitious drive and follow-through to add senior creative support to a busy, expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept alongside the Creative Director on account pitches, campaign ideas, brand activations and identity work
  • Art direction across brand and campaign, spanning social, identity and content
  • Help bring ideas to life visually, with enough design craft to execute hands-on when needed
  • Build campaign assets for social and digital, with a growing OOH presence
  • Create presentations and pitch decks that sell concepts, and present them directly to clients with confidence
  • Work across a mix of B2B briefs and broader brand/public-facing campaigns
  • Collaborate across creative, PR and moving-image projects where needed
  • Make things happen, film, content, whatever it takes to bring an idea to life
  • Use AI tools proactively to accelerate ideas and explore creative possibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
