Job Description

At evoke, we’re redefining creative production for an AI-first world.

Role Overview

As an Art Director, you’ll sit at the heart of campaign creation-transforming bold ideas into high-impact visual experiences that scale across every channel. Working within our multi-disciplinary Creative Studio, you’ll shape the look, feel and execution of campaigns for leading brands including William Hill, 888 and Mr Green.

This is a hands-on role where creative craft meets cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll produce the master assets that define campaigns, from visual identity systems through to video, motion and social content-ensuring every output is visually compelling, scalable and production-ready.

If you’re a visually-driven storyteller with strong craft and curiosity for new technologies, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of AI-powered creativity at evoke.

What you will be doing

  • Translate campaign concepts into compelling visual, motion and video executions across multiple channels including TV, digital, social, retail and performance
  • Develop and define campaign visual identities, including design systems, typography, colour, layout and motion language
  • Create master “hero” assets (key visuals, campaign video, motion and core social content) that establish the creative foundation for all campaign outputs
  • Produce multi-format concept and production assets, including storyboards, visual treatments, animation tests and video content
  • Use AI tools to support concept development, visual exploration, motion references and rapid creative prototyping
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads to refine ideas through visual storytelling and experimentation
  • Provide visual guidance and feedback to designers, motion artists and production teams to maintain creative consistency and quality
  • Ensure all assets are high-quality, on-brand, production-ready and technically accurate
  • Support the wider studio by creating assets that can be adapted and scaled efficiently across channels, formats and markets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
