We’re Hiring – Art Fairs Coordinator & Gallery Account Manager
London | Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience | Full time
Are you ready to join a world-renowned team at the heart of the art logistics industry? Momart are looking for a highly logical thinker with excellent attention to detail to join our team.
As an Art Fairs Coordinator & Gallery Account Manager you will be the contact for managing the successful transportation and installation of client’s fine art works at Global Art Fairs and day to day needs of selected galleries. This involves the coordination of all Momart road, sea and air transport, customs, case making and packing, warehouse, and installation services, completed to set deadlines. Account Management of galleries requires maintaining a high level of service across all their art logistics needs and developing accounts to increase revenue opportunities.

What you’ll bring:
- Managing changes to the delivery scheduling, ensuring clear communications of changes to all affected parties
- Managing external suppliers (such as overseas agents) if they are required to complete each ‘job’
- Traveling when required to various global art fairs
- Ensuring the most cost effective co-ordination of resources
- Ensure projected turnover information is correct e.g. end date, projection date & value of invoice
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally. In particular confident and social in front of clients
- Excellent computer literacy, with both Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP)
