Job Title: Graduate Data Scientist – AI, Machine Learning & Analytics

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and talented Graduate Data Scientists to join our AI & Analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.
The successful candidate will work on real-world AI and analytics projects, supporting the development of machine learning models, data-driven solutions, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will collaborate with experienced data scientists, engineers, and business teams to transform data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and optimization of machine learning models.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Assist in developing AI and Generative AI solutions using modern AI technologies.
- Work with Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries to build analytical solutions.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.
- Continuously learn and apply emerging AI/ML techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis concepts.
- Academic projects, internships, research work, or practical experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or AI automation.
- Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts is a plus.
