Role Description
The Artificial Intelligence Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on how to apply AI and data-driven methods to improve products, services, and workflows. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant will:
- Analyze business requirements
- Design AI solution architectures
- Develop proof-of-concept models using techniques such as machine learning, data science, and natural language processing
- Conduct pattern recognition analyses on structured and unstructured data
- Interpret findings and translate them into clear recommendations and implementation plans

- Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preparing documentation and presentations
- Supporting deployment and ongoing optimization of AI solutions
The consultant is expected to stay current with AI trends and tools, ensuring solutions remain robust, ethical, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Data Science, including experience building, training, and evaluating models
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Pattern Recognition for real-world data and use cases
- Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating complex technical concepts into accessible business language
- Proficiency with common AI and data tools (e.g., Python, relevant ML frameworks, data visualization tools) and familiarity with cloud platforms is beneficial
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data privacy considerations, and model interpretability is a plus
