Role Description

The Artificial Intelligence Developer will design, implement, and optimize AI models and software solutions that address complex business challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and deployment workflows to ensure reliability and scalability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in England, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with the ability to design, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
  • Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with modern NLP frameworks and large language models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to work with real-world datasets, perform data preprocessing, and apply statistical and analytical methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments and working within collaborative, agile development teams is beneficial.
