The Role
You will:
- Lead the delivery of production AI solutions across multiple use cases, working end-to-end from design through deployment
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and internal products
- Develop AI agents and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and business platforms
- Contribute to data engineering pipelines and Azure-based infrastructure
- Own multiple concurrent projects with autonomy and accountability
- Partner with stakeholders to scope use cases and shape delivery roadmap
- Support the adoption of modern AI tooling and best practices across the business

Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for:
- Strong commercial experience delivering production AI applications in a cloud environment, ideally Azure
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows
- Solid grounding in data engineering, including ETL, orchestration, and large datasets
- Experience in building scalable, reliable systems with strong deployment and testing practices
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
