Role Description
The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that enhance GNSS diagnostics, performance monitoring, and anti-jamming capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Building and training machine learning and neural network models
- Implementing pattern recognition algorithms
- Collaborating with GNSS and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems

The role involves creating scalable software components, optimizing model performance, conducting experiments, and documenting methodologies and results. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cambridge, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week while attending on-site meetings, testing sessions, and team collaborations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with experience in Software Development and implementing production-grade AI systems.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for signal analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for building AI tools that interpret logs, documentation, and support queries.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Familiarity with GNSS, signal processing, or telecommunications domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate across disciplines, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
