AI Engineer
The Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI product team and help build the next generation of intelligent products.
You’ll join a high-trust engineering environment where you’ll own the full journey, from designing solutions and building AI systems to deploying, scaling, and improving them in production.
Working with modern AI development practices, including agentic coding tools and spec-driven development, you’ll help turn ideas into reliable AI solutions that create real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered products and features from concept to production.
- Design scalable AI systems using modern engineering practices.
- Leverage agentic coding tools while maintaining strong engineering judgement and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape AI strategy.
- Translate product requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Make key architectural decisions around scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy and operate AI systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Explore new AI models, frameworks, and tools to improve how we build.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade software.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents or AI-powered systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, AI frameworks, RAG, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration, evolving requirements, and spec-driven development.
- Experience building and operating cloud-based systems (AWS preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems with AI.
