Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

You will own the customer-facing product layer of an agentic AI platform the full-stack surfaces that real estate development teams use to automate some of the most complex workflows in the built world.

Build and iterate on the customer-facing web app, owning features end-to-end from backend workflow logic to user-facing UI Design and ship agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks to automate real estate development processes Work with geospatial product surfaces — maps, data layers, performance-heavy interfaces — and make them fast, reliable, and intuitive Own the BFF (backend-for-frontend) layer and data modeling to keep the stack clean as the product scales Work directly with domain experts to translate messy real-world workflows into elegant product experiences

Must-haves:

TypeScript-first with strong, reasoned opinions on frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, SolidJS) and JS runtimes (Node, Bun, Vite) Shipped production full-stack features to real external users — not demos, not internal tools; genuine end-to-end product ownership Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent) in production 2–8 years of full-stack or product engineering experience, with a significant chunk at early-stage startups (Seed–Series C) CS or engineering degree Python proficiency Based in or immediately willing to relocate to New York or London (fully on-site, 5 days/week)

Ideal extras:

Exposure to geospatial or map-heavy data and interfaces Experience at an AI-native company or building on LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, or tool-calling systems An eye for design and architecture — in both the software and the physical world

Who Thrives Here

You are someone with killer energy. You are curious. You want to win. You are not looking for a narrowly scoped role with clear tickets and predictable hours. You want to be the person who owns something who can say in three years, "I built that."

You communicate clearly, listen well, and know the difference between a thoughtful answer and five minutes of name-dropping. You are probably at a company where you've proven yourself, but you're watching the AI wave and thinking: I should be building this, not waiting for my manager to approve a roadmap item.
