The next wave of enterprise software won’t be dashboards or copilots. It will be Digital Workers, autonomous AI systems capable of executing complex workflows end-to-end. At causaLens, we are building the platform that enables enterprises to deploy these Digital Workers safely and at scale.
Our Digital Worker Factory allows organisations to design, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate decision-making, analytics, and operational workflows across the enterprise. These systems are already being used by global companies including Johnson & Johnson, Syneos Health and Cisco to transform how work gets done.
Backed by $50M+ in funding from Molten Ventures, Dorilton Capital, and IQ Capital, and supported by visionary investors including the CEO of Revolut, causaLens is scaling rapidly. Our team includes leading AI researchers, engineers, and scientists, almost 20% with PhDs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven hands-on experience building production-grade solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCPs, and agentic workflows

- Strong delivery capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI systems
- A track record of delivering measurable impact through applied AI
What you’ll do:
- Partner with leading enterprises to understand their needs and design tailored agentic workflows
- Implement robust, scalable systems leveraging the latest advancements in AI
