Job Title
We’re looking for a number of hands-on Senior AI Software Engineers who will write production code every day, partner closely with Product and Design, and play a key role in defining how AI is embedded safely, reliably, and thoughtfully across a B2B platform.
These are really exciting opportunities for Senior AI Software Engineers that have worked in Scale-Up environments and are fully experienced working for B2B organisations.
Role Description
These Senior AI Software Engineering roles are paying between £100,000 - £120,000 (depending on experience level), as well as a performance related Annual Bonus. These opportunities are working on a Fully Remote basis. That said, these positions are based in London and from time to time candidates will be required to visit the London Office.
The successful Senior AI Software Engineers will be building AI-powered product features across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and React, whilst deploying on Azure. The Company is using Claude Code as a core development tool to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and security.

You need to be able to design and implement production integrations with the Anthropic Claude API, including prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, streaming responses, and error handling. In addition, you’ll design performant PostgreSQL schemas and queries that support AI workflows, conversation history, and multi-tenant product experiences.
Furthermore, the role requires you to create automated tests and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered features, ensuring quality, safety, and predictable behaviour in production. And contribute to shared libraries, internal best practices, and AI engineering patterns that help the team move faster and build smarter.
Requirements
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features in production.
- Experience with TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
- Hands-on experience integrating the Anthropic Claude API or another leading LLM platform in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimisation, migrations, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience building and deploying applications on Azure and familiarity with Azure-managed services.
- Practical understanding of AI safety challenges such as hallucinations, prompt injection, and protecting sensitive data in model contexts.
- Experience writing evaluations and automated tests for AI features and using data to improve model performance.
