🚀 We're Hiring: Agentic AI Engineer - Bristol
Are you passionate about the future of AI-powered software development? We're looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to help organisations adopt and scale modern AI development practices while solving complex, business-critical engineering challenges.
In this role, you'll lead small multidisciplinary teams, work closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into software engineering workflows.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of AI-driven software engineering projects.
- Help clients adopt agentic AI tools and modern development practices.
- Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on key technical decisions.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity and software delivery.

What we're looking for:
- Strong technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Commercial experience with one or more of:
- Java
- C#/.NET
- Python
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Experience designing and delivering well-architected software solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine interest in AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and developer productivity.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
