The Company

The Role
This is a builder's role focused on turning cutting-edge AI into production software. As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you'll design and develop intelligent systems that reason, plan and interact with large, complex datasets using modern LLM frameworks. You'll work across the full software lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, data and domain specialists to build scalable AI applications that solve challenging real-world problems.

What You'll Be Building

Your Experience
We're looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building production AI systems and thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Essential Experience
- 6+ years developing large-scale backend software
- Strong commercial experience with Python
- Experience building and shipping production software from concept through deployment
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing and automation
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Comfortable working in highly technical, product-led environments

Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience building LLM or agentic AI applications
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, RAG or MCP
- Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment practices
- Experience testing and evaluating non-deterministic AI systems
- Infrastructure as Code and cloud platform experience, ideally AWS
