The Company

Our client is a rapidly scaling technology business building intelligent software platforms that leverage AI to solve complex, data-intensive problems at scale. They're investing heavily in the next generation of AI capabilities, combining large language models with vast, continually evolving datasets to build systems that deliver meaningful, real-world outcomes.

Working with massive volumes of structured and unstructured data, you'll be creating AI products with an exciting real world use-case.

Why this role stands out:

  • Build production-grade AI systems using the latest LLM and agentic AI technologies

This is a builder's role focused on turning cutting-edge AI into production software. As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you'll design and develop intelligent systems that reason, plan and interact with large, complex datasets using modern LLM frameworks. You'll work across the full software lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, data and domain specialists to build scalable AI applications that solve challenging real-world problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
