Artificial Intelligence Engineer
AI Software Engineer Location: Flexible/Remote (Sometimes meet in an office)
We're partnering with an ambitious AI-focused business that is transforming the way schools and educators use technology. Their mission isn't to replace learning with answers, it's to enhance it. Through innovative AI solutions, they're helping teachers plan more effectively, support students more intelligently, and create better educational outcomes.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 software engineering role.
We're looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about AI and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of education. You'll be joining a fast-moving environment where curiosity, ownership, and drive are valued just as highly as technical ability.

What we're looking for: Strong experience with Python Experience working with MongoDB React and Tailwind CSS development experience FastAPI and/or Django expertise Commercial experience building or integrating AI solutions A genuine interest in the AI space and emerging technologies Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can move quickly when required
The right person will be: Deeply invested in AI and its real-world applications A self-starter who takes ownership of their work Comfortable operating outside of a traditional 9-5 structure Motivated by impact rather than simply completing tasks A grafter with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Excited by the opportunity to build products that genuinely make a difference
