We’re looking for an Artist & Client Support Representative to join us at theprintspace.

Working from our state of the art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will involve day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists and photographers, providing print production advice for their exhibition, portfolio and art sales projects.

You would be part of an organisation that stands alone as a leading platform for art and photographic printing, celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovation, and the fostering of connections with clients. As well as our Shoreditch studio, we have production facilities in Dusseldorf, and Brooklyn.

Joining theprintspace as an Artist & Client Support Representative is a fantastic route into the industry. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with key industry figures, and develop direct skills which could take you onto roles in a production, marketing and operations capacity be that at theprintspace or in the wider creative industry.

The role

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who genuinely enjoys working with people, brings positive energy into a space, and takes pride in delivering great service. You don’t need years of experience, we can teach the technical side. What matters most is that you care, communicate confidently, and want to grow.

You’ll be the first point of contact for artists and photographers working on exhibitions, portfolios, and print sales projects. Day to day, you’ll provide thoughtful, boutique-style support helping clients make the right decisions, solving problems when they arise, and contributing ideas to improve how we work.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Manage client requests via in-person interactions, phone, and instant chat
  • Provide confident, friendly, and informed advice on print products and presentation options
  • Take a solutions-first approach, offering alternatives and recommendations where appropriate
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through open, honest, and engaging communication
  • Spot recurring issues, inefficiencies, or friction points, and proactively suggest improvements
  • Help refine customer service processes by feeding back ideas, insights, and solutions to management
  • Contribute to a culture where great ideas can come from anywhere

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine people-person with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, gallery, studio, or similar)
  • An interest in art, photography, digital image-making, or print production
  • Some experience with Photoshop and Adobe software, or a strong desire to learn
  • Early-career candidates who are motivated to develop their skills and build a long-term career
  • Someone who cares about both people and processes
