Job Title: Artist Live-ops
Location: Remote - UK and Europe
Reports to: Head of Art/ Lead Artist
Role: 6 months FTC but with the potential to go permanent

About the Role
The role of 2D Marketing and Live-Ops Artist is to produce high-quality art assets in-keeping with the Fusebox brand. Working alongside the Product team to take briefs and ideas to final game-ready assets. Expected to constantly develop artistic knowledge and demonstrate artistic growth. Support team members across different departments and represent the brand style in all aspects of artwork.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D character assets, accessories, hairstyles, backgrounds, and props for live-op initiatives.
- UI knowledge for CTA, pop-ups, promotional banners, and animations.
- Assist the marketing team in social posts.
- Ensure consistency across all art assets.
- Collaborate effectively as a member of the art team.
- Actively incorporate constructive feedback into your work.
- Develop conceptual art for campaigns.
- Execute concepts and briefs from initial idea through to final, ready-to-release artwork.
Qualifications
- Art-related degree or experience in games/ marketing/ live-ops.
Required Skills
- Excellent digital painting skills.
- Basic animation or particle effect creation skills within Unity to assist the engineering team.
- UI/ UX.
- Proficient in Adobe suite, character design, environment design, game assets.
- Proven ability to create banner art/ live ops/ content calendar creation.

- Ability to be the sole artist within a product fast-paced environment producing multiple assets weekly for live-ops releases.
- Experienced artist in marketing understands technical constraints and can work in the Fusebox art style.
- Working knowledge of Unity for asset preparation.
