The Role
We seek an experienced Talent Booker who:
- Has an established network across artist agencies, management companies, and promoters.
- Secures commercially viable artists aligned with Kinda Dusty’s high-profile productions.
- Focuses on recognisable artists with proven ticket-sale appeal, including:
- Heritage acts
- Legacy performers
- Established contemporary artists with selective live engagements
This is not a role for discovering emerging talent—instead, it’s about identifying the perfect match between proven artists and Kinda Dusty’s flagship productions.

You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and deliver events in some of the world’s most distinctive venues, from historic cathedrals to global arenas—creating unforgettable stage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Artist Sourcing & Industry Relationships
- Research and identify suitable artists for concerts, tours, and special events.
- Leverage your network of agents, managers, and representatives to introduce booking opportunities.
- Maintain strong industry relationships and stay updated on touring schedules and availability.
Commercial Negotiation
- Lead negotiations with agent/management companies for advantageous deals.
- Ensure commercially viable agreements within budget constraints.
- Advise on market rates, availability, and strategic opportunities, recommending artists based on:
- Ticket sales potential
- Audience demand
- Long-term viability for Kinda Dusty’s portfolio
Booking Management
- Oversee the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to signed contract.
- Coordinate with internal production teams on:
- Artist technical requirements
- Riders
- Logistics
- Ensure contractual obligations are clear and compliant.
- Resolve any pre-or-post-event booking issues.
Strategic Input
- Provide market intelligence on industry trends and touring activity.
- Identify potential collaborations and future opportunities.
- Advise senior leadership on high-value artists and strategic fit.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen Kinda Dusty’s live entertainment brand.
