Program Manager - Artist Relations
12m contract
London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
This role requires a strong understanding of the music industry, a passion for artist development, and the ability to build relationships across creative and cross-functional teams. You would help develop programs, activations, and community-focused experiences that inspire artists & fans, deepen engagement with the brand, and support the future of music creation through thoughtful collaboration, cultural fluency, and innovation.
You will serve as a bridge between artists and the creative ecosystem, helping to identify opportunities where technology, storytelling, and community intersect. You will lead efforts that educate and inspire the creative community, support artist-facing moments and partnerships, and collaborate across teams to bring innovative experiences to life. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in conversations about creative process, emerging technology, artist needs, and strategic execution.

Key Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of the music industry, including artist, producer, and creative workflows
- Experience building relationships with artists, managers, producers, and industry partners
- Strong understanding of music creation tools and platforms, including Logic Pro and Spatial Audio workflows
- Ability to lead educational experiences, strategic activations, and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for creative audiences
- Passion for community engagement, artist support, and culturally relevant programming
