Program Manager - Artist Relations

12m contract

London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

This role requires a strong understanding of the music industry, a passion for artist development, and the ability to build relationships across creative and cross-functional teams. You would help develop programs, activations, and community-focused experiences that inspire artists & fans, deepen engagement with the brand, and support the future of music creation through thoughtful collaboration, cultural fluency, and innovation.

You will serve as a bridge between artists and the creative ecosystem, helping to identify opportunities where technology, storytelling, and community intersect. You will lead efforts that educate and inspire the creative community, support artist-facing moments and partnerships, and collaborate across teams to bring innovative experiences to life. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in conversations about creative process, emerging technology, artist needs, and strategic execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
