In this hybrid role within Perrigo’s UK Supply Chain team, you’ll collaborate across internal teams (Regulatory, Design, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Data) and external partners to deliver compliant packaging artwork for OTC products.
As the Packaging Artwork Coordinator, you’ll coordinate artwork changes from brief to approval—ensuring all packaging meets regulatory, technical, and design standards. You’ll manage multiple projects, support product launches, and oversee packaging updates such as redesigns and safety changes for key retailers like Boots and Morrisons.

Scope of the Role
- Coordinate the end-to-end artwork process, from brief to print, ensuring compliance with regulatory and print requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for all artwork, layout, and design queries
- Manage:
- Artwork reviews
- Pre-press instructions
- Final checks before production
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify and resolve design or printing issues collaboratively
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure on-time project delivery
- Ensure KPI-aligned artwork changes, communicating delays proactively
- Support packaging management with:
- Administrative tasks
- Reporting
- Stakeholder communication
- Assist with:
- Change control processes
- Deviations
- Continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Essential
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
- High attention to detail, especially with repetitive tasks
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Proficiency in IT skills and confident verbal/written communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively as a team member

Desirable
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
- Exposure to design, printing, or packaging management
- Experience in proofreading documentation
