Job Description
Are You Ready to Make An Impact at Grenade?
Grenade is an international active nutrition and lifestyle brand that has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by strong branding, distinctive products and a highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG industry!
We are looking for an exceptional artworker to join our in-house creative team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to support a number of key business projects, including exciting new product development and ongoing global expansion.
This position is ideal for an artworker with a flair for creativity and precision in packaging design. You will need a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of how to create high-quality, print-ready packaging artwork.
You will be responsible for producing a range of packaging artwork for the brand. You will be an adaptable, hands-on creative who is equally focused on ensuring packaging meets brand, print and regulatory standards.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, either in-house or within a creative agency. You will be comfortable creating packaging across a variety of formats, including boxed, wrapped and shrink-sleeved products. An understanding of pack hierarchy best practices and experience working as a creative artworker is beneficial.
The successful candidate will be a key part of the in-house creative team alongside other artworkers, working closely with the product, regulatory and creative teams, and will report to the Lead Artworker.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
