Experienced Artworker – Leicestershire Based Agency
About the Role
We are working with a Leicestershire-based, integrated retail design and production agency to find an experienced artworker to join their small, specialist team.
The focus of the role is to translate designer concepts into print- and digital-ready artwork across various formats, including:
- Large-format print
- Retail windows
- Experiential activations
- Out-of-home (OOH) and outdoor campaign assets

This is not a design role.
Main Responsibilities
- Convert designer concepts into print-ready artwork for both digital and physical output
- Develop strong print production knowledge and apply it daily for achievable, high-quality results
- Act as a mentor to junior artworkers
- Oversight of artwork quality control (QC) to ensure standards are met
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an artworker, with a deep understanding of production processes
- Strong knowledge of print techniques and how to prepare files for different mediums
- Ability to work closely with designers and production teams to execute briefs effectively
- Attention to detail for accuracy in scaling, colour matching, and layout adjustments
- Office-based role (5 days per week) expected
