What You’ll Be Doing
Your role requires hands-on asbestos consultation across diverse projects and clients. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in compliance with HSG264
- Performing reinstatement audits of existing asbestos surveys
- Delivering air monitoring and inspection services for asbestos removal projects
- Overseeing and supervising asbestos removal works
- Representing Bradley Environmental professionally—providing expert, consultative advice to clients

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- A BOHS P402 qualification or both P403 and P404 (equivalent certifications accepted)
- At least two years of relevant industry experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with HSG248, HSG264, and related asbestos regulations
- Proficiency in report writing, communication, and client liaison
- A precise, professional, collaborative mindset (ability to work independently or in teams)
- Sound understanding of health and safety protocols for asbestos-related work
- Full UK driving licence (descination flexibility is essential)
- Open to variable working hours

- Salary: £29,224 per annum (London elsewhere (UXC weighting according to postcode))
- Sign-in incentive: £4,000 joining fee for qualified candidates maintaining 12 months’ service
- Overtime: Time and a half weekdays; £25/hr over weekends and public holidays (minimum 4 hours per shift)
- Travel benefits: Fully reimbursed travel time + access to company vehicle
