This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing environmental consultancy who deliver high-quality asbestos services across the South East. They are looking for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
- Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
- Work across a mix of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
- Produce accurate survey and analytical reports
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with UKAS and HSE guidance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:

- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
- Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards
- Good IT skills and report writing ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
