Asbestos Bulk Laboratory Analyst

A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Bulk Laboratory Analyst to join its growing laboratory team in Manchester. The Role

  • Analysing bulk asbestos samples in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidance
  • Accurately recording and reporting analytical results
  • Ensuring compliance with laboratory quality procedures and standards
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean working environment
  • Supporting wider laboratory operations as required
  • Working efficiently to meet turnaround times while maintaining accuracy

About You

  • BOHS P401 (essential)
  • Previous experience working as a Bulk Asbestos Analyst
  • Experience within a UKAS-accredited laboratory environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach
