About the Role
Our asbestos and hazardous materials consultancy team are based across the UK, delivering expert advice to some of the country’s largest property and infrastructure owners. We work across the commercial property, rail, and aviation sectors, collaborating on groundbreaking development projects that shape the future environment we live and work in.
Our team thrives on consultancy — every team member is a solutions provider, offering expertise to help clients manage risk associated with asbestos and hazardous materials. We foster a supportive environment with internal and external training programmes to ensure continuous professional development and help our team evolve their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver site- and office-based asbestos and hazardous materials projects
- Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Carry out asbestos air monitoring and removal verification
- Compile asbestos survey and remediation reports

What We Need You to Demonstrate
- Proven experience in asbestos-related activities within a UKAS-accredited organisation
- BOHS P402–P404 Proficiency Modules (or RSPH equivalent)
- A passion for developing your expertise in the built and natural environment
