Role Overview
Are you an experienced Asbestos Consultant, Surveyor, and/or Analyst looking for the next step in your career? As one of our Asbestos Project Managers, you’ll be taking the lead in some of the remedial works generated from the compliance management & re-inspection surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be assigned a region of Abri's geography to look after but may also be required to help in other regions when needed, so a full driving licence is required and a company van can be provided if required.
- You'll be responsible for scoping, managing, and successfully delivering a range of asbestos remedial programmes in a timely, cost-effective manner and to a high standard.
- You’ll be working directly for the Senior Asbestos Project Manager who can help guide and mentor as required.
- Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll be responsible to specify, scope, produce, and project manage programmes of work from inception to delivery for compliance requirements across the assigned operational area of Abri in accordance with regulatory requirements, both Health and Safety legislation and Abri policies and procedures.

Team and Work Environment
- We’re currently a team of 10 responsible for circa 60,000 properties. Of which there are more than 27,500 domestic properties & more than 3,800 regulation 4 properties.
- You'll make sure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do - it’s our priority that all Abri’s assets/properties remain safe and compliant.

Work Location
- You'll be working from our Bracknell office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
