Asbestos Contracts Manager
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus bonuses
We are seeking an Asbestos Contracts Manager to join a well-established and licensed asbestos removal contractor. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of asbestos removal projects, ensuring they are completed safely, compliantly, and profitably. You will manage operational teams, maintain full compliance with relevant regulations, build and strengthen client relationships, and drive operational performance while supporting the continued growth of the business.
The role:
- Manage asbestos removal projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery
- Attend site meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, Plans of Work and Risk Assessments
- Oversee live sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standards
- Manage supervisors and site teams, providing support and guidance where required
- Attend weekly meetings with the Board of Directors to provide project updates
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures

We’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Asbestos Contracts Manager within an asbestos removal business.
- Strong knowledge of CAR 2012 and current HSE legislation
- Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
