This role is central to the day-to-day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance and customer outcomes

What You Will Do

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
  • Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
  • Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
  • Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.

Who You Are

You are an experienced and motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and maintaining high standards. You will ideally have:

  • BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
  • A strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accountability.
