Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: GBP38,000 : GBP43,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent Full-time
A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Nottingham and the wider East Midlands region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Surveyor / Analyst to join a stable consultancy with a structured workload and strong pipeline of work across domestic and commercial properties.

The Role
- Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
- Undertaking air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG248
- Working across a range of domestic and commercial properties
- Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
- Managing your own diary and workload effectively
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a Surveyor / Analyst or dual role
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
