ASD Teacher Redbridge

ASD Teacher The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with ASD
- Create structured learning environments that promote engagement and progress
- Support the development of communication, social, and independence skills
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
ASD Teacher What the School is Looking For
The ideal ASD Teacher will hold QTS and have experience working with pupils with Autism and additional SEND needs. Experience within a specialist SEND school, ARP, mainstream SEND provision, or similar setting would be highly advantageous. The school is seeking a patient, adaptable, and reflective practitioner who can build positive relationships, maintain high expectations, and deliver meaningful learning experiences for every pupil.
